Worship Planning Report 2022

The 2021 report ended As to when we will be able to worship together in our bright church building, that is still unknown, but it will happen one day when it is safe to do so.’  At long last we are back.  The big step of live streaming services was taken - largely due to Simons skill and the use of his own equipment (we now have our own) - finally moving back into church for Communion on July 4th.  Much time was spent by John Cripps et al on a risk assessment - distancing chairs, wearing of masks, sanitising chairs, use of wafers and small glasses for wine etc.  Not everyone has felt confident enough to come back into church so live streaming continues with a team of people to help Simon so that he can return to paying the organ.  Imogens short meditations during Holy Week with moving music and slides where much appreciated as was Muddy Church in the open air, Harvest/Eco, All Souls, the Carol Service with life-size puppets in the car park and others.  Planning for the Good Friday meditation with music was in place before Gareth went on sabbatical.
